The players are stale. the Pochettino is working with stale players n that`s all it is, no players coming up through the academy n no new signings n the teams players are stale. there is no freshness or reset with tottenham. I’m an Arsenal fan but I want to say the decision is shocking, but it’s a top club decision. Tottenham aren’t moving like a top club right now but at least the board is making decisions like one. Emery is way more overdue than Pochettino but our small minded board want to hold on to him for longer, despite no signs of things getting better. Now Tottenham will get a top tier manager that Arsenal could of had if they had sacked Emery, you all will move ahead of us again, and Arsenal fans will definitely come back to this moment and we will all realize this mistake.
